The basic story here is that for 5 or 6 years Mike has complained to the various dog wardens and county commissioners about the dog laws not being enforced in Brown county Ohio. In particular, certain people who are connected to local office holders never get tickets even though a variety of people have complained about the dogs they own for years.
Mike’s hearing today:Not good. NO bail, period. The ‘visiting judge’ was a sham. He was a former Brown County judge Mike has tried to sue in the past. Prosecutor is claiming that Mike is a danger to himself and others.The county prosecutor wants Mike to have a competency evaluation. This can take a month.
